**Engineer Process KGZ CVS**

**Description**

+ Set up, operate and adjust machines to ensure stable and efficient production\.

+ Perform mould, tooling and equipment changeovers, including retooling and parameter optimization\.

+ Coordinate and support machine operators to achieve production, quality and productivity targets\.

+ Monitor and improve process performance through analysis of defects, scrap rates and key process indicators \(e\.g\. OEE, process capability\)\.

+ Plan and implement proactive and reactive continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency, quality and cost performance\.

+ Develop, maintain and standardize process documentation, including shift records and Change Point Management\.

+ Test, validate and implement new or improved technologies and processes to support operational excellence\.

+ Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, company procedures and applicable quality management standards

Responsible for the execution of ECN

* University major as process mechanic or comparable education

* experience in plastics industry prefer

* Experience in optimizing injection moulding products

* Knowledge of relevant quality control schemes

* Knowledge of different measure techniques \(z\.B\. calipers, gauges\)

* Knowledge of EHS guidelines

* Good PC Knowledge

* Good English skills is preferred

Applying useful tools \( A3, PDCA, 5 why\) to find root cause \.
