Partner with the best As a Field Operator III , you will support field operations through the safe execution of operational activities, equipment handling, and technical tasks. You will apply your experience and technical knowledge to solve operational challenges, support customer requirements, and contribute to service quality and operational performance. Working closely with supervisors, field personnel, customers, and support functions, you will help ensure operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. As a Field Operator III, you will be responsible for: Supporting field operations in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements, and customer expectations. Operating and maintaining equipment used during field activities. Applying technical knowledge and practical experience to identify and resolve operational issues. Reading and interpreting operational instructions, procedures, and technical documentation. Assisting with planning and organizing field activities to support efficient service delivery. Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors regarding operational requirements and status updates. Supporting safe transportation and handling of equipment and materials. Using appropriate hand tools, measuring equipment, and operational instruments safely and effectively. Providing guidance and knowledge sharing to less experienced team members when appropriate. Participating in quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Completing operational documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Supporting compliance with all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will:

Hold a Professional Driving Licence Category CE. Hold a valid ADR Certification. Possess a High School Diploma, technical qualification, or equivalent relevant experience. Demonstrate a strong understanding of field operations and safe working practices. Have good mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools and measuring equipment. Demonstrate sound analytical and problem‑solving skills. Be able to interpret operational instructions and technical documentation. Possess basic mathematical and technical calculation skills. Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork capabilities.

2+ years of oilfield industry experience. Experience supporting field service, production, drilling, intervention, or related oil and gas operations. Experience working with transportation and handling of hazardous materials. Familiarity with operational quality and compliance requirements.
