The Role
We are seeking a highly professional and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Global SVP of Value Engineering, bringing proven experience backing C-level or SVP executives in a global organisation.
As the Executive Assistant to the SVP of Value Engineering you will work closely with the Customer and GTM Leadership teams, Celonis Executives and other internal and external parties as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the Global SVP. The work you'll do
• Provide outstanding EA support, including detailed calendar management, expense report management, and complex domestic & international travel coordination
• Maintain close relationships and contribute effectively within the Executive Assistant community
• Manage the coordination of leadership meetings for the Value Engineering Organisation while driving transparent, regular communication among the Leadership team
• Manage, prioritise, and draft incoming/outgoing correspondence
• Coordinate meetings, including attendee management, materials preparation, room set-up and issue resolution
• Assist in creating and editing documents and presentations for internal and external audiences
• Strategic alignment, coordination, management, and delivery of in-flight projects working with multiple teams across all areas of the business
• Identify, propose, and implement solutions to enhance the Global SVP's daily and ongoing operations
• Travel with the Global SVP 2–3 times per year to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) across key global locations including New York, India, and Munich
The experience you need
• At least 5 years working as an Executive Assistant, including experience supporting at C-Suite or SVP level with a Global remit
• Professional fluency (written and oral) in English. German is a plus.
• Experience managing remote relationships across multiple stakeholder levels"
• Experienced in the preparation of content for internal and external schedules and presentations
• Ability to quickly understand complex information and context
• Experience supporting both internal and external project management and delivery
• Excellent organisation skills while seeking to improve processes at all times
