Working closely with the E-Commerce Manager and key stakeholders, you’ll help optimise merchandising and CMS platforms, support analytics and reporting, and deliver initiatives aligned with global, regional and market direction. Through seamless execution and ongoing optimisation, you’ll help drive engagement, conversion and sales while delivering an engaging online experience. Based at our Head Office located in the heart of the CBD, at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support the E-Commerce Manager to execute and optimise on-site content, merchandising and product recommendations across campaigns, promotions, key events and product launches. Build, maintain and optimise UX website content across pages and CMS blocks, ensuring alignment with global, regional and market direction. Execute and optimise on-site merchandising and product recommendations in line with defined priorities and objectives. Partner with Product and Brand Marketing teams to deliver promotions, brand campaigns and collection launches seamlessly and on time. Collaborate with Digital Marketing and CRM teams to align user journeys across social, digital, eDM and E-Commerce, providing insights and recommendations to optimise on-site experience and conversion. Lead ContentSquare activities, including all relevant site captures and URLs for site reporting, analysis, PIR’s and overall UX recommendations. Manage and maintain key website content including product guides, size charts and static pages. Identify and execute A/B testing opportunities, translating insights into recommendations across content, design, UX/UI and functionality. Manage and implement SEO recommendations provided by the agency. Manage and present site content performance reporting, translating analytics, user behaviour and sales data into actionable insights and recommendations. Partner with the in-house Graphics team to coordinate website content and imagery requirements. Monitor international brand sites to identify opportunities for local content and functionality enhancements. Support E-Commerce BAU and key projects, including website development, UAT, QA, system integrations and back-end system updates.
About You
4+ years’ experience in E-Commerce Operations, Product and Content, ideally within fashion E-Commerce or retail. Strong experience with E-Commerce platforms, tools and technologies for website merchandising and content management, with Magento, SFCC and Comestri experience preferred. Experience with web analytics tools, including GA4 and Adobe, with the ability to interpret data to optimise digital content and performance. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to implement basic updates. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and identify opportunities to improve processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as Google Suite.
