Position
Overview: DaVita is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Finance Team. The Financial Analyst will work as part of a highly strategic team that supports DaVita’s Value Based Care patients and field operations, helping to drive growth and operational excellence for the Integrated Kidney Care team nationwide. Responsibilities will include assisting with the financial modeling process for business development, as well as supporting the team’s financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions and other strategic business initiatives. This position will be based in DaVita’s world headquarters in Denver, CO. This position is responsible for supporting process improvements, metric/report development, special projects, and providing detailed financial analysis to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved, in alignment with DaVita’s Mission and Core Values. How You Will Make an Impact: Financial Architecture: Own and evolve the core financial engines of the IKC business, driving annual budgeting, strategic planning, and predictive forecasting. Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Operations and Field Finance leaders. You will translate complex financial realities into actionable strategies that push the business toward differential results. Executive Influence: Your work will be highly visible. You will routinely present financial models, variance drivers, and strategic insights directly to the IKC market leadership team. Advanced Analytics & Problem Solving: Navigate ambiguity by building hypothesis-driven analytical frameworks. You will leverage tools like Anaplan, Tableau, and advanced Excel modeling to find innovated solutions to solve problems. What You Bring to the Team: Relevant Experience: 1+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. Analytical Mindset: You are intellectually curious and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You know how to take an unstructured business problem, find the right data, and build a practical solution. Clear Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills. You have a track record of distilling dense financial data into straightforward, actionable insights for senior leaders.
Education
