About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to lead a critical product area within the Credit Services product line. This role will own one of the foundational product domains enabling real-time credit decisioning, including decisioning orchestration, data enablement, etc. This leader will be responsible for translating complex business problems into scalable technology solutions. Success in this role requires strong analytical and systems thinking capabilities, including the ability to decompose ambiguous business needs into products, capabilities, processes, data requirements, and technical execution plans that can be delivered by engineering teams. In this role, you will: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities for highly complex digital capabilities supporting credit eligibility and decisioning Own end-to-end delivery of critical product features and initiatives, from discovery through delivery and operational readiness Partner with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate solution options, tradeoffs, dependencies, and implementation approaches for highly complex enterprise initiatives. Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements that optimize technology delivery and long-term platform scalability Partner closely with technology leaders to align product and engineering capabilities, balancing speed to market, resilience, and control Drive structured discovery, refinement, and prioritization of product initiatives to maintain a clearly sequenced and outcome-driven book of work Coordinate and influence across business, technology, data, and external partners to deliver against agreed product objectives Provide clear product vision, direction, and accountability within the assigned product area, ensuring alignment to broader portfolio and enterprise goals Communicate product strategy, progress, trade-offs, and risks with clarity and confidence to senior executives and governance forums Serve as a subject matter expert in modern digital product practices and real-time decisioning environments, with sufficient technical fluency to partner effectively on APIs, data movement, and orchestration solutions Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise decomposing large, ambiguous business problems into discrete technology capabilities and executable work streams. Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to understand interactions across applications, data platforms, APIs, business processes, and operational workflows. Demonstrated success owning end‑to‑end product delivery for complex technology‑centric capabilities Strong product partnership experience with engineering, architecture, and data teams Proven ability to align business objectives to technology roadmaps, prioritizing work to optimize delivery outcomes across multiple teams Financial services experience, with an understanding of governance, control, and risk considerations in product delivery Track record of driving structured discovery and refinement to translate business problems into clear, executable product initiatives Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi‑stakeholder books of work, balancing short‑term delivery commitments with long‑term product strategy Exceptional executive communication skills, including experience creating and delivering concise, strategy‑level
