Accounting, reporting and controlling process assessment and design including information systems implementation Finance process optimization and automation incl. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Collateral Management Operations
Lead end-to-end collateral management processes for OTC derivative portfolios across various asset classes. Provide oversight over exposure calculations and validate margin requirements in accordance with client methodologies and collateral agreements. Review and challenge collateral balances, margin movements and settlement information to lead ongoing collateral management activities. Oversee collateral eligibility, thresholds, minimum transfer amounts and other key agreement terms. Lead collateral call administration activities through preparation, validation and tracking of collateral requirements. Drive operational excellence, process standardization and automation initiatives.
Reconciliations and Exception Management
Oversee reconciliations and exception management processes across counterparties and internal records. Manage escalation and resolution of collateral breaks, valuation differences, operational/ aged exceptions and collateral-related discrepancies. Monitor KPI/ KRI reporting, trackers, issue logs and exception reporting.
CSA and Documentation Support
Review and interpret Credit Support Annex (CSA) provisions and provide guidance to document key collateral terms within operational processes. Lead collateral onboarding activities and operational readiness assessments. Maintain governance collateral reference data, procedures, SOPs and controls.
Reporting, Controls and Governance
Manage collateral management reports, dashboards and management information packs. Monitoring of key risk indicators, operational metrics and service-level agreements. Establish and maintain relationships with client management and global stakeholders. Supervise engagement execution, planning, budgeting and resource management.
