Together, we’re improving health and improving lives. Labcorp is seeking a Study Director to join our Toxicology Safety Assessment team at our site in Alconbury , Cambridgeshire . Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 5pm Job Responsibilities: Taking responsibility for the technical conduct of a study in addition to the interpretation, analysis, documentation and reporting of results Developing protocols and ensuring that the protocol, including any changes, is approved and is in compliance with appropriate SOPs, GLPs, and regulatory agency guidelines Monitoring progress and status of assigned studies Ensuring that all experimental data, including observations of unanticipated responses to the test system, are accurately recorded and verified Direct preparation of reports, interpreting results and ensuring compliance with the protocol and regulatory requirements, and submitting results to the client Participating in study-specific client visits Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree Preferred Qualifications: Master of Science degree Additional Job Standards: Knowledge of toxicology study design and conduct in adherence to regulatory guidance Strong customer service skills Knowledge in planning, negotiation and process innovation Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all staff and management levels Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills Advanced knowledge of GLPs and regulatory agency guidelines Strong English writing and communication skills Advanced knowledge of computers and programs (e.g., word processing and spreadsheet applications) This is an office-based position Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer: Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
