Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.   ͏

The firm is an alternative asset manager focused on private credit, including direct lending, broadly syndicated and middle-market term loans, private placements, structured credit, opportunistic and special situations exposures. These investments are held across drawdown funds, evergreen vehicles, separately managed accounts, CLOs and rated feeder structures. In this environment, data is core infrastructure. Every valuation, capital call, credit facility borrowing base, investor report, rating agency submission and regulatory filing depends on accurate security, fund, counterparty and pricing records. This role sits at the front line of that infrastructure.
