Carry out the daily cleaning and maintenance of the resort’s assigned areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times. Clean and maintain public areas, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and other assigned areas, both indoors and outdoors. Ensure that every area is properly prepared and presented, paying particular attention to the smallest details. Use cleaning products, equipment, and materials correctly, following established procedures and safety instructions. Replenish cleaning products and supplies in the assigned areas, ensuring they are always available and properly organized. Remove and manage waste in accordance with internal procedures and hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards. Report any damage, maintenance issues, or situations that may affect the safety, cleanliness, or proper presentation of the facilities. Keep cleaning equipment and materials clean, organized, and properly stored after use. Collaborate with the different hotel departments to ensure that cleaning requirements across the resort are handled efficiently. Respond to cleaning-related requests in assigned areas with a professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude. Follow all hygiene, occupational health and safety, security, and sustainability procedures established by the resort. Ensure compliance with the policies, procedures, and standards of Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton.
