The Director, SSD Onsite France is responsible for leading the France SSD Onsite organization, ensuring operational excellence, delivery governance, customer satisfaction, workforce management, and financial performance. This executive leadership role oversees a significant portfolio of strategic enterprise and public-sector customers and serves as a key member of the country leadership team. The Director personally engages with strategic customers. He/she is capable of handling global accounts operating within the scope of the French territory. The SSD Director will manage the field transformation focusing on services delivered for sovereign customers by the local organization and customers serviced from the customer experience center. The SSD Director will make sure all stakeholders act as one team leading to a better TCE and business growth.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the France SSD Onsite business, ensuring successful execution of business objectives and customer commitments. Lead the delivery of high-quality services across a portfolio of strategic enterprise and public-sector customers. Maintain strong relationships with customer executives, business stakeholders, and country leadership teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Own overall operational performance, including service delivery outcomes, governance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and develop a high-performing management team, fostering employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Drive effective workforce planning, resource management, and organizational capability to support business priorities. Oversee financial performance, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency initiatives. Provide executive leadership for customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective risk mitigation. Partner with regional and global leadership teams to align local execution with broader business strategy and organizational objectives. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, contractual obligations, and operational governance requirements. Drives business expansion by focusing on further improved TCE Personally engages with strategic customers in France and leads as well operational efficiencies in global strategic accounts.
