Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React Build and consume RESTful APIs, GraphQL and microservices Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions Participate in system design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation Ensure application security, reliability, and operational excellence Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives Leverage AI-powered tools and automation opportunities to improve development productivity and software quality Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, App Insights, etc. Experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices Experience with relational and NoSQL databases Experience using AI-assisted coding and testing tools Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging platforms Solid proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture Solid understanding of software design principles, integration patterns, and application security At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
