As a Senior Manager, you will set technical and strategic directions for AI-led reinvention programs, design and architect end-to-end solutions, leading large cross-functional teams to deliver transformative outcomes for clients at scale. Lead the development and go-to-market execution of Agentic AI-powered solutions across Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Service, and Digital Products domains. Define enterprise AI architecture, multi-agent orchestration strategies, and AI-enabled operating model blueprints tailored to client context. Drive origination and solutioning for new AI opportunities - developing business cases, solution roadmaps, and executive-level points of view. Own client relationships at the C-suite and senior leadership level, positioning Accenture as the partner of choice for AI-led transformation. Oversee end-to-end delivery governance across complex, multi-tower AI programs - managing scope, risk, quality, and outcomes. Provide thought leadership on Agentic AI, Generative AI, and industry-specific applications - including publication of assets, speaking at forums, and shaping Accenture's practice narrative. Build and scale Accenture's AI capability in domain: hiring, developing, and retaining top-tier AI talent across career levels. Shape and contribute to the AI accelerator portfolio - reusable components, domain-specific agents, fine-tuned models, and industry-specific playbooks. Collaborate with Accenture's global AI, technology, and innovation communities to bring the best of the firm to client engagements. MBA from a top institution advantageous. 12-18 years of progressive experience in AI, Data Science, and/or digital consulting, with significant leadership and client-facing accountability.
