HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner , you will collaborate closely with Contact Centre leaders and managers, offering strategic guidance and practical support on a wide range of people-related matters. You will report directly to the Senior Director of HR (out of country) and be the number 1 in Barcelona, driving and executing our People Strategy.

Support Managers and Team Leaders in key HR life cycle processes and employees’ relations. Ensure our HR policies, processes, guidelines are kept up to date to reinforce positive people experience and effectively support our organizational purpose and culture, aligning all to our values. Provide timely and effective management of people issues including disciplinary and grievance cases, performance management, sickness absence and wellbeing and other ER-related activities, encompassing all matters related to disciplinary proceedings and legal proceedings. Control and administrative management of all the centre’s equipment through the Workday system. Enhance our people experience through our culture, vision, and values. Partner with Senior Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Legal and other Stakeholders to implement solutions and initiatives that enable our business.

Experience in management and direct communication with the works council A genuine passion for people – someone who can inspire, coach, and empower teams at all levels. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English at any level, form employees to senior leaders.
