We are looking for a Senior Strategist to join our growing team. The Senior Strategist will be responsible for helping our clients develop a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap to solve complex business problems and meet customer needs at scale. They will drive the creation and execution of digital experiences and solutions in collaboration with design and technology teams. Additionally, they will analyze benchmarks, competitive data and KPIs to develop recommendations that drive client business. Responsibilities include: Work with clients and cross-functional teams to define digital roadmap and initiatives to achieve and accelerate business goals Perform market, competitive and user research to inform roadmap initiatives, features and functionality Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on customer needs, digital solutions, products, services, and capabilities to create long-term value Creation of strategic briefs and presentations, that guide design, tech and business operations Develop guidelines and mechanics for specific digital promotions, loyalty programs and engagement Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience as a digital or ecommerce strategist working for a brand, agency or consultancy Strong communication skills with ability to influence and partner with key internal stakeholder teams: senior leadership, account, tech, design, operations and project management to ensure shared vision Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior leadership Resourceful, creative problem solver adept at navigating through ambiguity and making data-driven decisions Self-driven, strong sense of ownership and highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize and execute on multiple concurrent initiatives Genuine interest in getting inside of and understanding a problem to bring the right insights, information and inspiration to solve it Team player who welcomes constructive feedback, always with a focus on creating the best work Curiosity, passion, collaborative spirit, optimism to find the answer, work ethic to deliver The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $125,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications. 

 $90,000-$125,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
