Job Description

Role Overview The Director of Brokerage is a key member of the market leadership team, responsible for realizing the full potential of a broker pod (approx. 50–70 professionals). Accountable for strategic leadership, talent management, and championing our culture and values, this leader will drive business development, revenue generation, and market share expansion. Reporting to: Northeast Regional President Key Responsibilities Drive a culture of winning and operating to full potential, with the goal of increasing market share and being #1. Lead, manage, and coach a cohort of brokerage professionals. Develop and support broker/team business plans. Conduct regular pipeline reviews and host efficient market meetings. Lead bi-annual Talent Reviews and provide ongoing feedback/coaching. Manage broker performance (up or out), retention, recruiting, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP). Endorse and support all broker training programs. Align with Client Coverage model for key accounts. Foster cross-selling and utilization of the full C&W platform. Organize tenant rep brokerage canvassing and origination. Build client relationships and participate in business development. Ensure business development allowances (BDA) are deployed for maximum returns. Manage broker collisions and review agreements ≤ $100K. Partner with Operations Manager for operational/administrative support. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: Real Estate License Bachelor’s degree required. An MBA or other advanced degree with real estate or operations concentration is highly desirable. Skills/Previous Experience: 7-10+ years of commercial real estate brokerage and/or asset management experience.
