Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will support global Distribution leadership by coordinating governance activities, preparing management decision materials, and driving strategic and operational projects in an international environment. Prepare management presentations and decision materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, workshops, and strategy discussions Coordinate governance activities , including agendas, stakeholder alignment, meeting documentation, action tracking, and follow-ups Analyze business data and KPIs , transforming complex information into clear recommendations and management-ready insights Support performance management processes , including reporting activities related to business targets and incentives Collaborate with global stakeholders across Distribution, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources Contribute to strategic and ad hoc projects through analysis, workshop preparation, project coordination, and milestone tracking Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing reporting tools, governance processes, templates, and ways of working Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are a structured and proactive professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, working with international stakeholders, and translating business needs into actionable outcomes. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management , or a related field 2-5 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO), project management, business analysis, consulting, strategy, sales operations, or a similar international environment Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create compelling and management-ready presentations Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus Excellent project coordination and organizational skills , managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural and cross-functional environments Fluency in English Please send us your CV in English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
