CTC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team as a core member driving recruiting execution across campus and lateral hiring. This role is embedded in the day-to-day of our recruiting operation — partnering directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to move searches forward with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and understands that a strong recruiting process is a direct reflection of the firm.

• Own interview scheduling and logistics end-to-end for experienced hire candidates across multiple business lines

• Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring a consistent and professional experience that reflects CTC's brand
