Responsibilities:  Generate unit or lower-level requirements documents. Support system and subsystem engineers to define unit or lower-level performance, interface and environmental requirements and respective verification methods Develops architectures to integrate systems and components into higher level systems and platforms Performs trade studies, modeling, simulation and other forms of analysis to predict component, interconnects and system performance and to optimize design around established requirements Creates and validates gain-loss budgets to understand RF performance over environmental conditions, life, and part-to-part variation Generate unit or lower-level test procedures Defines and conducts tests to validate performance of designs to requirements Provides support to products throughout lifecycle Works under general direction This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

(Required Skills/ Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience  Possesses comprehensive knowledge of electronics, RF/microwave principles, theories, and test techniques Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship as a condition of employment (A final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start is required) Knowledge in some, or all, of the following subjects: Electromagnetics and RF/Microwave theory RF circuit design (active and passive) RF Gain-Loss budget of cascaded RF circuits/systems Printed circuit board layout and design Design tools: AWR Microwave Office, HFSS, ADS Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
