Your role: • Executes multi-disciplinary projects, independently managing innovation projects, and ensuring alignment with agreed timelines, budgets, and resource constraints. • Prepares and implements complex projects within agreed-upon specifications, timelines, budgets, and staffing, managing a project team as part of a larger initiative to deliver key parts of a main end-to-end process. • Executes improvement projects, resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods initiating change and driving improvements within the discipline, working under limited supervision. • Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. • Develops a broad knowledge of project management methodologies, relevant organizational structures, and end-to-end processes, applying advanced planning methods and estimation techniques (resources, time, and risk) specific to the design discipline. • Provides effective team collaboration by fostering a positive and inclusive team environment, motivating and guiding team members from diverse backgrounds, effectively delegating tasks, leveraging individual strengths, and ensuring clear communication across all project phases. • Ensures customer centricity by demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating customer feedback into project iterations, and ensuring the final solution effectively addresses identified needs. • Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and senior management, proactively managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring all parties are aligned on project objectives. • Delivers business impact by driving projects that deliver innovative solutions with tangible benefits for the organization (e.g., new business processes, product enhancements, or supporting short-term business goals). • Ensures continuous improvement by constantly seeking opportunities to improve project management skills and team processes, utilizing PMBok and SAFe guidelines to guide project execution, and actively participating in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization. • Documents project knowledge by developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future reference and knowledge transfer. • Cultivates effective relationships, shares knowledge, and provides influence over projects and peer groups, demonstrating full understanding of area of specialization. You're the right fit if: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
