Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to bridge client's functional and technical requirements at the module level by assisting in outlining technical specifications, performing basic configuration, and troubleshooting initial system issues. Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities
Map source schemas from legacy CRMs (3 confirmed, up to 6 total) to the target ERP Customer Master. Negotiate and document field-level survivorship matrices with business and financial stakeholders. Define the golden record model: attributes, hierarchies, and relationship types. Design the account hierarchy model to represent OEM, supplier, and dealer relationships, including variable ownership and multi-brand dealer structures. Design matching, deduplication, and survivorship rules (custom logic — fuzzy/phonetic matching, scoring, weighting) in the absence of a commercial MDM platform. Use of AI tools and Agents is strongly recommended. Incorporate data privacy, security, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) into the data model and architecture from the outset.
