Design and implement technology mitigation strategies for systems to ensure ethical and responsible standards are achieved. Must have skills : Generative AI, Python (Programming Language), Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents & Workflow Integration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Responsible AI Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating artificial intelligence systems to ensure they meet established ethical, responsible, and sustainable standards. This role requires continuous monitoring and assessment of AI models against specific benchmarks and thresholds. The engineer designs and applies technological strategies to mitigate risks and uphold responsible AI practices. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain compliance and improve system integrity is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that AI deployments align with organizational and societal values. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead initiatives to develop and implement frameworks that promote ethical AI usage. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in responsible AI practices. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Python (Programming Language), Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents & Workflow Integration. - Strong experience in designing and deploying AI models with a focus on ethical considerations and risk mitigation. - Ability to analyze complex AI systems and develop strategies to ensure compliance with responsible AI guidelines. - Familiarity with AI lifecycle management, including monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI models. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible AI practices into workflows. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI system performance and ethical compliance.
