IT Business Analyst– 4-month Internship/Coop (Winter 2027)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well. Depending on the team you are assigned to, you may be asked to perform the following tasks: Analyze business needs to define IT solutions. Participate in business requirements gathering and specification workshops. Support the development of solutions and the analyses conducted. Participate in testing activities with business and IT stakeholders. Write user stories that are clear and actionable for developers and the testing team. Conduct impact analyses and document IT solutions using effective methods while interacting with both business users and the IT project team. Build and maintain functional documentation that is robust, accurate, and accessible to all stakeholders across the organization. Consolidate documentation from multiple teams to create common, coherent, and accessible documentation for all stakeholders. Identify gaps between solutions across different platforms to support alignment and harmonization efforts. What you will bring to the table: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or , Communications with a relevant technology specialization, or a related field. Experience working on web and mobile applications (iOS and Android) is considered an asset. Experience working on Agile Scrum projects. Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence. Bilingualism (French and English) Need to interact regularly with colleagues across the country. Available to work 35 hours per week from January 5 to April 23, 2027 .
