Leads complex technology   governance   assessments, control design,   and/ or   testing   initiatives.   2. Advises senior leaders on technology risk posture and control effectiveness.   3. Designs and enhances enterprise technology   governance   frameworks.   4. Guides remediation strategies for significant or systemic risk issues.   5.   Mentors and   provides   technical guidance to other   governance   professionals.

Required Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or related field. 2. Extensive experience in technology   governance   or related disciplines.   3. Demonstrated   expertise   in regulatory requirements and control frameworks.

1. Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline. 2. Experience in the financial services industry. 3. Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Networking and Cloud Certifications (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, or equivalent). 4. Strong and Expert knowledge of CTO technology capabilities, processes and frameworks related to as SDLC/TDLC, Incident and Problem Management, CI/CD, Cloud Technologies, Networking and Storage technologies, understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles, 5. Proven ability to manage complex technology governance projects, programs, and initiatives.
