Principal Data Center Construction Manager

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Principal Data Center Construction Manager (IC4) to support field execution for a new hyperscale AI data center construction in Shackelford County, Texas. The Principal Data Center Construction Manager is a member of the OCI Data Center Infrastructure construction delivery team who supports daily construction activities by coordinating contractors, tracking field progress, helping resolve execution issues, reinforcing safety and quality expectations, and supporting turnover readiness for commissioning and startup.

This is a highly field-based role requiring strong site presence, direct contractor engagement, and hands-on execution support. The role helps ensure daily construction activities align with project sequencing, milestone commitments, and OCI delivery standards. This position is based in Shackelford County, Texas, approximately 20 miles from Abilene. Relocation provided. Will consider non-local TX Residents open to 75% travel
