Business Analyst / QA Analyst (Litigation Management) Job Summary We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with an interest in technology to support the development and quality assurance of tax litigation management solution. The role will primarily focus on product testing, requirement gathering, user story creation, defect management and collaboration with business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing, including test case preparation, execution, and defect validation. Gather business requirements and convert them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Track defects, enhancements, and sprint activities using Azure DevOps (ADO/VSTS). Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to support product enhancements and releases. Support the design and improvement of Direct Tax and GST litigation management solutions. Skills & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-4 years of experience in tax, litigation, tax technology, consulting, or related areas. Understanding of Direct Tax and/or GST litigation processes. Experience in software testing, quality assurance, and business analysis activities. Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO/VSTS), Agile methodology, and user story management. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for technology and digital solutions. Preferred Exposure to SaaS products, tax technology platforms, APIs, automation, or AI-enabled solutions. Experience working on litigation management, compliance, or enterprise technology products.

Chartered accountant/ Semi qualified Chartered accountant/ Knowledge in Litigation
Experience
0-4 years of experience in Tax Litigation with an inclination towards technology.
