Who We’re Looking For The Campbell Company’s Digital Manufacturing team is seeking a Business Analyst, Digital Manufacturing to play a key role in our enterprise digital transformation. This individual will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT, helping translate business needs into scalable digital solutions aligned with our technology roadmap. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment and brings a strong mix of business process expertise , technical acumen, and stakeholder influence. You will assist in the discovery, design, configuration, governance, support, and continuous evolution of digital technologies across manufacturing and quality operations.
What You Will Do
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Digital Manufacturing and Quality technology landscape, including configurations, integrations, and data flows, to support initiatives ranging from minor enhancements to large-scale enhancements Build deep knowledge of manufacturing and quality business processes and digital technologies to optimize business o b jectives Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business, functional, and compliance needs into clear, actionable requirements Define and document current and future-state capabilities to inform gap analysis, solution design, development efforts, and change management activities Support the partnership with third-party vendors and system integrators, supporting RFI/RFP efforts, statements of work, delivery milestones, and acceptance of final solutions Contribute to the configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of digital platforms, ensuring alignment with functional strategies, enterprise standards, and business capabilities Plan and execute testing and validation activities, including authoring validation documentation as needed, to confirm solutions meet functional, performance, and compliance expectations Work closely with cross-functional teams—business partners, project managers, product teams, architects, IT, and external partners—often across multiple time zones Provide advanced application support across the digital manufacturing and quality technology landscape What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-enabled environment supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Quality with a Bach elor ’s degree (or 7+ years with high school diploma) Working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, Microsoft SQL Server
