We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund Accounting Process Optimization (PM) to join our Private Equity & Credit Fund Accounting team in Alternative Operations. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.

Overview: Private Equity & Credit Fund Accounting Our Private Equity & Credit department is looking for a Fund Accounting Process Optimization Specialist with experience in business and technology. Your duties will include analysing existing processes and designing automations for multiple Fund Accounting Teams. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills, knowledge, and experience across a broad spectrum of competencies around financial data flows. This will give you an exposure to interacting and working with various locations across the world, hence the fluent English requirement.
Your role
Our Private Equity & Credit department is looking for a Fund Accounting Process Optimization Specialist with experience in business and technology. Your duties will include analysing existing processes and designing automations for multiple Fund Accounting Teams. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills, knowledge, and experience across a broad spectrum of competencies around financial data flows. This will give you an exposure to interacting and working with various locations across the world, hence the fluent English requirement. In this position, your contributions will be evident through the following activities: Identifying and analysing processes and tasks which can be automated or replaced with advanced technology solutions. Designing and building new tools and developing existing solutions to increase work efficiency and minimize error risk. Overseeing new tools implementation and providing insight training of new solutions. Conducting training sessions and demonstrations on current technologies to inform colleagues about available options. Agile thinking to oversee projects implementation in the department. To be successful in this role, you should be: Experienced in analysing processes and translating requirements into system solutions. Experienced in building and/or implementing new, automated solutions. A team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Able to challenge the status quo, provide alternative ideas and think outside the box. Preferably familiar with Financial Services topics as all our projects revolve around them. Able to independently develop solutions, be open to and react upon user / tester feedback and ensure compliance with internal control requirements.
