About the Programme The Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme offers talented graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop professional and technical skills, and receive mentorship while working on meaningful projects. As part of Microsoft's commitment to skills development, transformation, and inclusive economic growth, interns are empowered to learn, grow, and make an impact while building the foundation for their future careers.
Responsibilities
Research customer organizations, industries, and market trends to better understand customer priorities and business challenges. Support customer engagements by helping identify business needs and opportunities for Microsoft solutions. Collaborate with account teams, technical specialists, partners, and customer success teams to support customer outcomes. Help position Microsoft solutions by connecting technology capabilities to customer business objectives. Assist with pipeline development, opportunity management, and account planning activities. Act as the voice of the customer by sharing customer insights and feedback with internal stakeholders. Develop knowledge of Microsoft's solution areas, including Azure, Security, Modern Work, Copilot, Data & AI, and Business Applications.
Qualifications
Programme Eligibility: Applicants must be South African citizens and meet the eligibility requirements of the Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme. Currently pursuing (final year with no more than 6 months remaining) or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the last 6 months in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. Fluency in English. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
