THE OPPORTUNITY To strengthen our Belgium team, we are currently sourcing a Senior Manager Program Delivery who will report to the Head of Global Performance Delivery.
The Senior Manager Program Delivery is accountable for executing performance management, portfolio management, ensuring delivery discipline, and governance activities for an assigned function or department.
The role translates strategic priorities into actionable plans, integrates work across stakeholders, drives governance routines, provides performance insights to leaders, and ensures initiatives are progressed through clear ownership, risk visibility, and disciplined follow-through.
The Senior Manager operates with moderate to high autonomy as the end-to-end owner of assigned PD&G routines and delivery processes. The role converts leadership priorities into practical plans, decision-ready governance materials, performance insights, and timely coordinated corrective actions.
