Service line: Technology Consulting  Position Titles: Senior Blue Prism Automation Developer The Opportunity The developer will take ownership of Blue Prism solutions across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, collaborating closely with the University’s onshore developers and business stakeholders. Strong technical capability is essential, but the successful candidate must also communicate clearly and take on small pieces of business analysis where required. Your Key Responsibilities •    gathering requirements, conducting process walkthroughs, preparing solution documentation, and supporting testing, deployment, and production handover. •    End to End Development of Automated solutions. •    Production Monitoring and Maintenance of deployed bots in production environment. •     Skills and attributes for success •    Foundational knowledge of Robotic Process Automation(RPA). •    Understanding of Several Business Processes including finance and HR. •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •    Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly. •    Effective communication and collaboration skills. •    Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. •    Confident communication with client stakeholders and business users, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly. •    Strong hands-on Blue Prism development experience and certification, ideally BP Certified AD01. > •    1-3 years solid Experience in Blue Prism end-to-end OneStream implementation projects. > •    A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. •    Excellent communication skills with a consulting mindset. •    Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
