Our location in Columbus, Ohio  currently has an opportunity for a Senior Business Human Resources (BHR) Manager . Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to site and business leadership, representing HR on the leadership team and translating business objectives into human capital strategies and actionable workforce plans. Provide insights and recommendations on organizational effectiveness, talent, workforce planning, culture, and change initiatives to support current and future business priorities Lead talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development. Influence and coach leaders through business transformation, organizational change, and complex people-related challenges, ensuring sustainable adoption and business results. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation, Learning & Development, and other HR partners to deliver integrated HR solutions that meet business needs. Use workforce analytics, talent metrics, and business data to identify trends, develop insights, and inform strategic decision-making. Build strong relationships across the organization and effectively influence stakeholders at multiple levels to advance business and talent priorities. Champion an inclusive, high-performing culture that drives employee engagement, accountability, diversity, and business performance. Ensure HR practices are implemented in compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and Abbott policies while appropriately leveraging Employee Relations and Legal partners       Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple functions (talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, talent management, training, employee development, etc.) Preferred Qualifications :
