About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Analyst to join the International Regulatory Reporting Delivery Scrum Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of strategic regulatory reporting initiatives across EMEA, APAC, and Canada, partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Data, Risk, and Technology to deliver solutions that meet evolving regulatory requirements. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in regulatory reporting, data analysis, and change delivery to translate complex Capital, Liquidity, Financial, Statistical, and Prudential reporting requirements into scalable, sustainable, and well-controlled solutions. You will work across the full change lifecycle, from regulatory interpretation and impact assessment through design, testing, implementation, and business adoption, helping to strengthen regulatory reporting capabilities and improve data quality, governance, and operational efficiency. The role provides broad exposure to regulatory change, business growth initiatives, platform modernisation, data transformation, automation, and control enhancement programs. In this role, you will: Analyse regulatory requirements, reporting instructions, and business needs to define clear reporting and system solutions that support regulatory compliance. Partner with Regulatory Reporting, Technology, Data, Risk, Treasury, Finance, and Front Office stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impacts, and drive delivery of change initiatives. Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, business rules, data mappings, calculation logic, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Assess the impact of change across products, legal entities, source systems, data lineage, reporting rules, controls, and operating processes. Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, dependency management, and risk identification. Define data sourcing, reconciliation, validation, control, and data quality requirements to support accurate and sustainable regulatory reporting. Develop testing strategies and support system, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements. Coordinate implementation readiness activities, including stakeholder communications, business procedures, training, operational handover, and post-production support. Maintain clear and audit-ready documentation to support governance, regulatory expectations, and change management standards. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting processes, strengthen controls, reduce manual activities, and improve delivery practices.
Required Qualifications
Significant Business Analyst experience in regulatory reporting, finance change, banking change or a comparable controlled delivery environment. Demonstrable hands-on experience with AxiomSL ControllerView, including regulatory reporting modules, rulesets, reporting instructions, data requirements and delivery through the change lifecycle. Strong knowledge of Capital, Leverage, Liquidity Reporting, with the ability to understand how products, accounting events, regulatory rules, calculations and controls flow into reporting outputs. Deep knowledge of Irish and wider EMEA regulatory reporting (CRR3, IFR, IFPR) and Liquidity reporting. Experience interpreting complex regulatory guidance and converting it into executable business and technology requirements. Strong understanding of regulatory
