Located at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center at Biopolis, you will report to a R&D Director or Senior Scientist Manager based locally and will be part of growing team of functional and technical experts in leading projects in the region.

Design and execute innovative experiments aligned with the Skin Bioscience Discovery Accelerator research areas. Generate, analyze, and interpret complex biological and/or computational datasets to uncover novel scientific insights and develop actionable hypotheses. Leverage advanced experimental, computational, and AI-enabled discovery approaches to accelerate learning and address fundamental scientific challenges. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of biologists, data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists to integrate diverse scientific perspectives and capabilities. Document, communicate, and present scientific findings through technical reports, and internal reviews anf forums. Work closely with P&G Researcher community, technical coaches, and global scientific experts to design and develop new experimental approaches and translate biological questions into computational frameworks and model-driven discovery experiments. Job Qualifications Diploma holder in Life Science, Applied AI, or related field with experience in Applied AI. Passion for experimentation, invention, and solving difficult technical problems. Experience in Life Science principles and laboratory techniques such as cell-based assays and tissue models (skin and hair follicle biology preferred), or experience in AI for (Life) Science and modeling of biological systems. Strong scientific method and technical rigor, with the ability to design, execute, and interpret experiments independently.
