As well as maintaining clean and tidy stock rooms and ensuring losses are kept to a minimum. Ensure H&S procedures are being adhered to at all times Proactively engage with and assist customers Operate a Forklift and WAV Machine at height to pick stock (training provided) Qualifications & Experience Effective, confident communication, engaging proactively with visitors and colleagues Experience working in a fast-paced environment ideally in a store or warehouse Builds positive relationships with those around them Open to and acts on feedback Able to work independently and use initiative to make own decisions Working Pattern Contracts range from 32 to 40 hours per week, and you will be required to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Your normal hours of work are between 6am and 10:30pm . Occasionally working hours could run until 12am for which you will be notified in advance. #retail Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
