Job Title EIC - Apprentice Job Description Summary Job Description Assist in the back-end analysis, client related and field activities Major Responsibilities: · Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts · Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development · Execution skills- Report writing – Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling, making presentations. · Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc, · Site inspections · Presentation and documentation work Competencies Required · Financial Modelling · Analytical Skills · Report writing. Qualification · Graduation in Commerce, Finance or Statistical Background Work Experience · Minimum Experience –0-1 Year Compensation : Commensurate with market       INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
