Director - Spares & FRUs - Supply Chain Operations

The Senior Director of Global FRU & Spares Planning leads the global planning strategy and operating model for Field Replaceable Units (FRUs) and service spares. This leader is accountable for ensuring material availability across the global service network while optimizing inventory investment, supply risk, repair utilization, and customer availability. The role owns demand and supply planning, inventory strategy, planning methodology, financial governance, and planning systems for the global spares portfolio. The Senior Director leads a global planning organization and partners closely with Service Operations, Engineering, Reliability, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Repair, Logistics, Finance, and Product organizations.
