What this job involves   Support the delivery of valuation projects across a range of asset classes and geographies Gather, verify, and analyse data required to conduct accurate property valuations Prepare valuation calculations under the guidance and supervision of senior team members Carry out property inspections as part of the project process Assist in drafting valuation reports to client-ready standard Participate in client meetings and help build productive client relationships Support the preparation of proposals, offers, and presentations Provide day-to-day assistance to colleagues across the team Maintain accurate project documentation in line with compliance and archiving requirements Continuously build your knowledge of local real estate market trends and developments Contribute to the team's annual financial targets and your own performance objectives Uphold the JLL Code of Ethics in everything you do What you can expect from us You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.  One where the best inspire the best.  Where like-minded people work naturally together to achieve great things.
