Key Job Scope & Responsibilities Primary Functions: Day-to-day facilities management operations and maintenance oversight Coordination with service providers and contractors for various maintenance works Site inspections and quality control supervision Emergency response and incident management Asset management and maintenance scheduling Specific Responsibilities Based on Document Evidence: 1. Work Order Management & Coordination Ensure PTW (Permit to Work), site measurements with service providers/vendors Coordinate before and after photos documentation Submit necessary supporting documents upon work completion for service entry Manage purchase order creation and approval processes 2. Technical Oversight Supervision of maintenance works including M&E, civil, and building systems Quality control and inspection of completed works Technical assessment and troubleshooting support Coordination with specialized contractors and service providers 3. Safety & Compliance Can be appointed as Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) if possessing required qualifications Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures Manage permit-to-work systems (note: cannot approve PTWs that they have verified themselves) 4. Additional Specialized Roles May serve as Building Management System (BMS) Officer or Building Optimization System (BOS) Officer if qualified Support JTC Operations Command Centre (J-Ops) operations Building equipment optimization and energy efficiency improvements 5. Administrative Functions Documentation and reporting Liaison with JTC personnel and tenants Coordination of scheduled and emergency maintenance Budget and cost management support Qualifications Required Education & Experience: Diploma in Building or Facilities disciplines from a recognised establishment with minimum of 3 years of experience (with M&E and/or civil/building background preferred), OR ITE/NTC facility management or technical disciplines or market equivalent in facility management works with minimum of 5 years of experience Location: On-site –Singapore If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
