We’re looking for a Product Lead to join our ever evolving Product Management team within [entity] and help shape the future of global commerce. What you’ll own Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and market positioning for assigned products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept and business case development through delivery, launch, and ongoing performance optimization Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Customer teams to prioritize initiatives, develop value propositions, and drive successful go-to-market activities Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities, support product innovation, and inform strategic decision-making Facilitate stakeholder workshops, translate business requirements into product capabilities, and ensure solutions deliver measurable customer and business value What you’ll bring 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business analysis, or a related field Proven ability to develop product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies for complex products or services Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends, customer needs, financial data, and business opportunities Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decisions across multiple teams and leadership levels Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans It’s a bonus if you have Experience in software, technology, fintech, payments, or financial services environments Background in Agile product development, software delivery, business analysis, or technology consulting Experience supporting product pricing strategies, commercial models, or P&L management Additional requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience) Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, market trends, and commercial priorities Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and lead complex initiatives in a global organization Experience collaborating with international teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment About the team Our inclusive and global teams win together every day.
