Senior Shipper

What you’ll do: 
 To ensure that goods are dispatched accurately, efficiently, and on time to meet customer and business requirements.  Ensures that products move seamlessly from warehouse to customer, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and service quality 1) Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure timely dispatch of goods 2) Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and transport notes 3) Schedule shipments with carriers and logistics service providers 4) Track shipments and monitor delivery status to ensure on-time arrival 5) Handle delays, damages, or lost shipments and take corrective action promptly 6) Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies 7) Maintain accurate shipment records and update systems regularly 8) Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and compliance with shipping requirements 9) Plays a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted product flow to customers 10) Requires real-time coordination across logistics, warehouse, and transport teams Qualifications: 
 Graduate 10+ Years of Experience in Shipping & Logistics Skills: 
 Knowledge of shipping processes, documentation, and transport requirements, MS Office. Understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations & Customs process. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Problem-solving ability to handle shipping delays and issues
