How you will make an impact Develop safety-relevant low-level software for a SoC-based platform, working within a structured ISO 26262 process. You write real code and understand why the process wraps around it.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and review safety-relevant SW components — bootloader, hypervisor integration layers, OS/BSP-level code Implement and verify safety mechanisms defined by the safety architecture (e.g. MPU config, error handling, watchdog management) Maintain traceability between requirements, implementation, and test artifacts Contribute to SW unit design and interface documentation per ISO 26262 Part 6 Participate in code reviews with safety lens — not just correctness but freedom from interference and MISRA compliance What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience on a similar role Strong C/C++ skills in embedded or low-level SW (bare-metal, RTOS, hypervisor layers) Familiarity with ISO 26262 SW development requirements — enough to work within the process without needing it explained from scratch Experience on SoC platforms; understanding of MPU, ECC, lockstep, or similar hardware safety features is a clear advantage QNX Hypervisor or similar virtualization experience is a strong plus Your life at Accenture At Accenture, we prioritize your health and well-being through comprehensive health insurance coverage and inclusive work arrangements.
