About this role

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and engineers responsible for the strategic design, delivery, and optimization of Fleet Management and Supply Chain planning technology ecosystem. In this dual-impact role, you will act as a people manager and a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between complex Cloud data center investment strategies and scalable technical architecture. You will own the technology roadmap for critical platforms supporting front, middle, or back-office functions—ensuing our systems seamlessly support the scalable data center operations. You will drive impactful change in Google AI infrastructure operations! You will be responsible for transforming your team from operational "order-takers" into proactive strategic partners who design technology that reduces operational risk, automates complex operational and functional data flows, and directly enables the business to scale and maximize the outcomes. Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Own the end-to-end data and intelligence technology road map for fleet and supply chain planning, driving self-serve analytics enablement across Google Cloud Infrastructure. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of mid-to-senior TPMs and Engineers, managing capacity, career growth, and operational performance. Architect and deploy advanced AI, agentic capabilities, and robust data pipelines to build intelligent decision-support systems for scalable infrastructure. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams to translate complex business strategies into precise functional specifications, APIs, and workflows. Oversee vendor partnerships, data governance, and strict system compliance with Google’s privacy, security, and regulatory standards.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management. Preferred qualifications: 13 years of experience in modern data toolsets, advanced analytics, and cloud-native environments, including enterprise data management and market data frameworks. 10 years of Technical Program Management experience leading full project lifecycles, with proficiency in SQL querying, data visualization, AI prompt engineering, and process automation. 3 years of experience configuring, analyzing, or managing modules within SAP S/4HANA. Experience with enterprise platforms, specifically the configuration, implementation, or upgrade of tier-one supply chain systems, applications, or data center operations. Exceptional Agile leadership operating as a Product Owner or Scrum Master to manage complex, cross-functional, and multi-stakeholder dependencies.
