JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Television Stations is seeking a strategic, business-minded Senior Regional Director, Human Resources to serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the senior leadership team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, this leader will serve as the SVP’s primary partner in supporting FOX Television Stations’ Southeast and Mid-Atlantic station locations, as well as Corporate functions, including Sales, Legal, Finance and Public Relations. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for translating business priorities into effective people strategies across a complex, fast-paced, multi-location organization. The Senior Regional Director will lead a team of five direct reports and partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, talent, engagement, culture and performance. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, sound judgment, deep HR expertise and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic leadership and hands-on execution. This individual will be comfortable operating across diverse station environments, building trusted relationships with leaders and employees, and navigating change with clarity, discretion and pragmatism. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across FOX Television Stations’ Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets, Sales organization and Corporate functions. Act as the primary HR partner to the SVP, Human Resources, helping set regional priorities, anticipate organizational needs and drive consistent execution of the broader people strategy. Lead, coach and develop a team of five HR professionals, establishing clear priorities, accountability and strong business partnership across the assigned portfolio. Develop a deep understanding of station operations, revenue drivers, market dynamics and functional priorities in order to deliver practical, scalable HR solutions. Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development. Advise executives and managers on performance management, employee development, team effectiveness and organizational health. Guide leaders through complex employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution and performance issues with sound judgment, consistency and confidentiality. Support business transformation, organizational change, integrations and other strategic initiatives affecting station locations and corporate functions. Partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation on hiring strategies, workforce plans, internal mobility, competitive offers and retention priorities. Drive employee engagement, culture and employee experience initiatives that support performance, collaboration and retention. Partner with HR Operations, Benefits, Payroll, Legal, Learning & Development and other Centers of Excellence to ensure effective and consistent delivery of HR programs. Use workforce data, people analytics and business insights to identify trends, inform decisions and recommend actions to senior leadership.
