Develop and maintain operations and maintenance training technical content, including presentations and accompanying materials. Assess existing training programs to identify instructional, technical, administrative, and support needs. Acquires subject knowledge through interviews, observation of engineering products, and review of technical specifications, blueprints, engineering illustrations, and technical manuals. Oversees preparation of illustrative materials, selecting appropriate drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts for inclusion into training documentation and instructional media. Research technical documentation, engineering personnel input, and other subject matter experts to design effective learning and documentation solutions. This role may require domestic and international travel (up to 15%).

You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major. Experience developing training materials or technical documentation.

We Prefer Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft 365 applications. Experience developing training materials or technical documentation. Exposure to engineering environments, testing, or customer support. Familiarity with illustration or graphic tools used in technical publications. Experience in training instruction and training development in a military or civilian environment.
