If you love turning data into decisions and being the person Operations trusts when capacity gets tight, this role is for you. - Sit at the intersection of planning and Operations, translating data into accurate, executable capacity plans - Drive KPIs that matter: driver utilization and loaded drive time - Lead the weekly planning cycle end to end and see your work hit the ground within days - Build dashboards and tools with BI partners to make planning faster and self-service - Grow in a team that sets ambitious goals and rewards people who invent better ways to reach them Key job responsibilities • Monitor planning metrics, compare actuals against plans (Daily/Weekly/Monthly), identify gaps, conduct in-depth analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to address them. • Address daily capacity challenges and serve as the primary point of contact for planning with site and operations teams. • Take ownership of end-to-end long-term improvement initiatives, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as planned driver utilization% and LH loaded drive time. • Lead weekly capacity planning cycles, incorporate stakeholders' requests, and ensure efficient planning. • Educate stakeholders on capacity planning topics and promote a self-service approach. • Collaborate with Business Intelligence partners to request and develop dashboards and tools for S&OP execution.
