Digital Drilling Analyst

Digital Drilling Analyst   Location: Mexico City, Mexico   Key Responsibilities   Provide technical support for Digital Drilling Solutions (Well Planning & Drilling Operations).   Deliver managed services, user training, remote/onsite support, and Level 1 incident management.   Prepare and validate reports, project deliverables, and operational documentation.   Support customers by troubleshooting issues and coordinating with engineering teams for enhancements and bug resolution.   Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and continuous improvement initiatives.   Ensure compliance with data management, quality, and operational standards.   Maintain accurate service records, incident tracking, and time reporting.

Education   Bachelor’s Degree in:   Petroleum Engineering   Mechanical Engineering   Chemical Engineering   Geosciences   Related disciplines     Experience   3 to 10 years of experience in drilling operations, drilling engineering, real-time operations, or digital drilling environments.   Previous experience as a Mudlogger is highly preferred.   Experience supporting drilling software, well planning, or drilling optimization solutions.   Experience in technical customer support, incident management, or operational monitoring.   Exposure to drilling data analysis and reporting.   Technical Skills   Knowledge of drilling operations, well planning, and drilling performance monitoring.   Familiarity with digital drilling applications and real-time data environments.   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.   Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).   Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps is desirable.   Understanding of service delivery, SLAs, and support processes.   Competencies   Strong analytical and communication skills.   Customer-service mindset.   Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.   Attention to detail and data quality.   Ability to work independently and within global teams.
