About this role
We're looking for Program Manager II to identify defects, process gaps and build mechanisms to continuously monitor and improve the process. We partner will multiple teams and stakeholders to implement preventive controls, and partner with key stakeholders to improve the overall marketplace experience, while ensuring we maintain appropriate risk oversight of our rapidly growing seller and buyer ecosystem. Key job responsibilities 1. Designing systems that increase critical-to-quality (CTQ) business needs by improving integration of people, materials, equipment, software, and finance. 2. Manage day-to-day operations of a team of senior auditors including planning of program audits, quality control, audit task allocation and reporting. 3. Work closely with auditors and other PMs on weekly flash to identify any key learnings /findings and metrics with regards to Process Adherence, Program Improvement Opportunity, Escalation Management opportunity. 4. Communicate effectively with other operations and/or program managers regarding risks, mitigation strategies, and success of BAR. 5. Build and publish critical WBR, MBR data and support with creation of reports at executive level. 6. Review and approve audit findings, develop action plans, and ensure implementation of preventive controls. 7. Continuously evaluate tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable 8. Utilize strategic thinking to plan/develop team and site growth to support program delivery A day in the life PM II within BAR team will meet with business partners to discuss risk mitigation strategies. You'll analyze data trends, provide guidance on critical issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement preventive controls while ensuring team deliverables meet quality standards.
About the team
Business Assessment and Reinforcement (BAR) owns risk mining and audit for high judgement complex decisions including one way door inventory disposal and funds withholding decisions that routinely end in litigation. We support SPIV & FRM orgs to drive improvements in investigation judgement and accuracy in enforcement decisions along with driving innovation and business excellence based on inspection of operational processes and requirements from our partner teams. We implement ops efficiency solutions on behalf for ops and program teams by identifying and fixing gaps where confirmed bad actors have a good experience or good sellers have a bad experience.
