Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth and Transformation on the Insurance Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end group insurance transformation initiatives, leading Agile delivery activities, and coordinating across business and technology stakeholders to drive execution and business outcomes. Lead project discovery workshops in on-site and remote settings to align business needs, delivery scope, and transformation priorities Collaborate with business, functional, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, create feedback loops, and translate business needs into delivery plans and actionable workstreams Define project execution plans, timelines, resource needs, and budget approach, while managing team workload, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across the project lifecycle Drive project governance by managing risks, scope changes, dependencies, roadblocks, status reporting, and quality reviews to support successful delivery outcomes Lead global scrum teams using Agile and scrum practices, including facilitating scrum ceremonies, supporting decision-making, and driving adoption of AI tools to accelerate engagement delivery A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team Our Industry Solutions offering provides verticalized solutions that transform how clients sell products, deliver services, generate growth, and execute mission-critical operations. Required: Bachelor’s degree 4+ years of information technology and project management experience managing group insurance
