As a Vice President, Sports & Entertainment Marketing Strategy & Insights at JPMorganChase within the Consumer & Community Banking Marketing team, you will serve as a critical strategic partner to the Sports & Entertainment and Talent Partnerships & Culture marketing teams. You will connect Chase and J.P. Morgan line-of-business objectives to sponsorship strategies, partnership priorities, and investment decisions — ensuring every engagement delivers measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will help operationalize the line-of-business engagement model and build the frameworks that translate firm-wide sponsorships and talent engagements into clear, actionable impact.
Job responsibilities
Lead strategy and insights programs that strengthen decision-making and performance across firm-wide sponsorships and talent engagements Serve as a strategic connector to Chase and J.P. Morgan lines of business, translating priorities — including branding, client deepening, products, segments, and priority markets — into informed partnership choices and recommendations Partner with business and functional stakeholders to clarify objectives, success criteria, decision points, and trade-offs, driving alignment across Marketing and line-of-business partners Develop and maintain a measurement framework that ties Sports & Entertainment and Talent Partnerships & Culture initiatives to measurable line-of-business and firmwide outcomes, including clear success criteria and learning agendas Collaborate with Sports & Entertainment marketing and activation teams to define and deliver measurement and insights that support cross-property planning, impact assessment, and line-of-business outcomes Standardize strategic frameworks, presentations, and insight outputs to enable consistent line-of-business engagement and execution Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics for strategic projects, delivering executive-ready insights, performance readouts, and recommendations that translate findings into actionable direction Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on Marketing Strategy & Insights concepts and 8+ years applied experience 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives with data, measurement, and reporting components Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear strategic direction, business impact, measurement plans, and actionable insights Proven relationship management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions that move projects forward Executive presence with strong oral and written communication skills; adept at crafting concise strategy presentations and engaging credibly with senior internal audiences Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Bachelor's degree required Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Strong strategic marketing capabilities, including translating business goals into clear marketing strategies and recommendations Experience measuring sponsorship and partnership marketing impact — including brand lift, engagement, media value, and activation performance — using scorecards, dashboards, and related tracking tools Experience building end-to-end measurement and insights programs and improving how teams plan, track, and apply learnings Deep passion for the sports and
